Purpose and Ownership

Kaufman County Released Inmates is an independent reference website with no government ties. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Kaufman County inmate and jail record resources, Texas correctional systems, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the service in violation of any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Do not try to enter accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Do not operate automated bots or scrapers against the service.
• Do not interfere with access or operation for other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners. By using the service, you agree not to use any information for:

• hiring, retention, discipline, or firing;
• tenant selection or housing eligibility;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

This site does not control the destination's content, privacy practices, prices, or availability. Review that service's own terms before using it.

Texas Law Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas. Requests for Texas government records remain subject to Government Code Chapter 552 and the rules of the responsible custodian.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
